What exactly is LuxeGlamour POS?
A single, elegant platform built specifically for salons, spas, barbershops, nail studios, med spas, and independent artists. It combines online booking, point of sale, client management, staff payroll, inventory, memberships, gift cards, and reporting — so you're not stitching together five different apps to run one business.
How much does it cost, and is there a free trial?
Three plans: Individual ($19/mo, 1 staff), Professional ($39/mo, up to 10 staff), and Enterprise ($99/mo, unlimited staff), each available monthly or yearly (two months free on annual). On Professional you can raise the cap to 20 staff for $10/mo more, added or dropped whenever your team changes. Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial — add a card to start and you won’t be charged until it ends. Cancel anytime; no contracts or booking commissions.
How do clients book appointments?
Every business gets a branded public booking page at its own address, showing live availability, your service menu, portfolio, and reviews. Clients pick a service, a time, and an artist — the appointment lands directly on your calendar with no phone calls needed. See it in action in the tutorial.
What payment methods can I accept?
Card, cash, gift card, and store credit — including split payments across two methods in a single checkout. Card processing is yours to choose: connect Stripe or Square with your own merchant account and keep your own rates and payouts — or keep the processor you already use and record those sales alongside everything else. With Stripe or Square connected, cards can be kept securely on file for deposits or no-show fees. Receipts print or send as PDF automatically either way.
Can booth renters process their own payments?
Yes — and with their own processor, not yours. A renter can connect their own Stripe account to charge cards right in the app, or keep the processor they already run — Square, PayPal/Zettle, Clover, or another — and record those sales against their own profile. Either way they keep their own calendar and client list and are paid out directly, so you never have to chase rent or split out their sales manually.
How is staff paid — commission, hourly, or booth rental?
Whichever fits your house: percentage commission, tiered commission, hourly, or booth rental — configured per staff member. Clock in/out with break tracking and role-based permissions are included, so each team member sees only what they should.
Is my data and my clients' card information secure?
Card data is tokenized by your processor — Stripe, Square, or whichever you connect, each certified PCI DSS Level 1 — so full card numbers never touch our systems and are never stored here. Your processor credentials are held encrypted, passwords are hashed, every business's data is fully isolated from every other, and all connections are encrypted.
Does it work on tablets and phones?
Yes — LuxeGlamour POS is fully responsive and runs in any browser on desktop, tablet, or phone. No install required. Most front desks run it on an iPad; owners check reports from their phone.
Can I manage inventory and retail products?
Yes — track products by SKU, category, and supplier, sell them at checkout alongside services, and get automatic low-stock alerts along with cost-versus-retail margin tracking.
Do you support memberships, packages, and gift cards?
Yes to all three. Memberships bill automatically on a monthly or yearly cycle with session allowances; bundles sell a set of prepaid sessions; digital gift cards carry unique codes and tracked balances, redeemable at checkout.
Is there support if I get stuck?
Yes — our full step-by-step tutorial walks through every feature with screenshots, and you can write to our team at any time; we reply within one business day. Enterprise members receive priority support and onboarding assistance.
Can I cancel, and is my data portable if I leave?
Billing is month-to-month, or yearly if you prefer the discount — either way there are no contracts, so you can cancel anytime with no fees. Your clients, appointments, and sales history remain exportable if you ever decide to leave.
